Services Offered.

Placement Services. provides comprehensive recruitment services to connect job seekers with suitable employment opportunities. Our services include resume review, job matching, interview preparation, and salary negotiation assistance.

Candidate Fees.

Registration Fee: All candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,000/2,250 to avail our services.

Placement Fee: Upon successful placement of a candidate, Placement Services will charge a placement fee equal to 50% of the candidate's first-month salary. This fee is payable by the candidate within 30 days of joining the new role.

Candidate Responsibilities.

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in their resumes and during the interview process.

Candidates must attend all scheduled interviews and respond promptly to communication from Placement Services.

Candidates must respect the confidentiality of the recruitment process and refrain from contacting clients directly without the agency's consent.

Interview Guarantee.

Placement Services offers a 3-month interview guarantee. If the candidate leaves the job within this period for any reason, we will provide a Interview at no additional cost.

Refund Policy.

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The placement fee is non-refundable once the candidate has been successfully placed in a role.

Confidentiality.

Placement Services respects the confidentiality of both clients and candidates. We will not disclose any sensitive information without prior consent.

Limitation of Liability.

Placement Services is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost wages, lost opportunities, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
